Our ‘state of the art’ machinery allows superb accuracy and repeatability of any stainless steel part you can imagine, and believe us your imagination is the limitation.

Cooney Marine has a CNC 3D Tube Bender capable of bending stainless tube in the three dimension in the following sizes: 22mm, 25.4mm, 31.7mm, 38.1mm 50.8mm (=7/8" 1”, 1.25”, 1.5” and 2”). This unit can bend tubes to a radius of 3 x outside diameter and is quite capable of producing compound curves, even to the extent of spiral screw shapes.

Cooney Marine also has a powerful Laser Cutting Unit (4KW) capable of cutting 20mm stainless steel, this unit can perform both flat bed and rotary axis cutting, and has capacity for tube up to 185mm ?. The rotary axis allows tube joints to be laser cut, resulting in jointing accuracy to high tolerances.
