This new capability allows us to transform standard round tube into a highly controlled oval profile, meeting the most demanding specifications for aesthetics, ergonomics, and structural integrity across diverse high-end applications.

The process for converting a round tube into a precision oval profile is a showcase of controlled metal forming. It moves far beyond basic compression to achieve dimensional accuracy crucial for high-tolerance jobs:
Multi-Stage Forming: The process begins by feeding a standard round tube through a series of 10 specialised rollers. These rollers progressively compress and shape the material, gradually moving it from a circular to the final, precise oval cross-section.
Twist Management: A critical step involves the "Turkish Head". This unique component is specifically designed to eliminate any internal twist (torque) that is naturally introduced during the rolling process. This ensures the oval tube maintains a perfectly true, straight axis.
Guaranteed Accuracy: The final passes through the straightening rollers guarantee the end product is accurate to within $0.5$ of a millimetre along its entire length.
